The Role:

They are seeking a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor with a positive, can-do attitude, eager to be part of their dynamic team. You will have the exciting opportunity to showcase their skills not only in the legal realm but also in marketing. You will be confident in promoting their expertise and effectively representing the firm to key stakeholders. This is a multifaceted role where your legal prowess and marketing finesse will play a crucial part in the firms success.

Duties:

* Assisting in complex acquisitions and mergers, ensuring compliance and negotiating agreements.
* Providing legal support for corporate finance transactions, including equity financing and debt restructuring.
* Advise on joint venture establishment, drafting agreements, and resolving related legal issues.
* Assist in partnership formations, structuring, and handling partnership dissolutions.
* Support clients in company and LLP formation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, safeguarding client interests.
* Offer guidance on terms of trade, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate
* In-depth knowledge of Wills and Probate Law and procedures
* A commitment to providing excellent client service and a deep understanding of diverse client needs.
* Proven experience in building strong client relationships to generate a steady flow of work
* Proficiency in file, case management, and time recording systems, following office procedures
* Adherence to professional practice rules and ethical standards
* Willingness to contribute to marketing activities and maintain professional relationships with referrers.
