Location: Lincoln (LN1)

Salary: Competitive Salary (glassdoor average GBP 55k)

The Role:

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will help manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients with a keen focus on advisory work.

* The advisory work will involve:* MandA transactions, tax due diligence, share option schemes,RandD claims, restructures, succession and exit planning, including but not limited to, company buybacks and MBO`s.





Duties:

* Providing tax compliance and advisory services in support of the Tax Partner
* Maximising fee income and supervising work in progress
* Billing for the department.


The ideal candidate will have:

* Professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent) with extensive experience of tax compliance services
* Demonstrates broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience.
* Good client handling technique including excellent written and presentation skills
* The role is mainly corporate, although experience in personal tax and VAT is desirable
