Location: East London

GBP 60,000 - GBP 75,000 (depending on experience) - Studio and remote working

The Company:

My client is at the top of its game when it comes to show-stopping bespoke retail environments. They create, inspire to global clients and are looking to hire a Head of Design that can lead a world class creative design team to achieve show stopping displays. Inspire and excite is what they create and design for from concept to finished product and install, it`s all in the details.

The Role:

You will report into the founders of the company heading up a talented team of ten plus designers in a challenging and exciting environment based in East London. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world`s best brands, with the studio running 10-15 live projects at a time and you will be accountable for the creative output of the studio. You will ensure that the highest quality of work to clients on time.

They are looking for a bold, fast and fearless design leader who has the hunger for managing happy teams and creating inspiring and beautiful work. Someone who has the ability to tell stories and pull together narratives. Be a great communicator and team player and be able to manage people and have a strong eye for detail.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

* You will need 10 years of hands on experience in the design or creative retail space.
* Design/creative leadership in a brand or agency
* Be able to people manage
* Create and deliver pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders
