The Company

We are working with a fast paced , market leading software business who are looking for ambitious , overachieving sales executives to join their team. This risk and compliance business can count some of the UKs biggest and well known buildings amongst its clients - running all their software from policy checks, fire risks, record keeping and day to day checks. They have large clients, some with over 1500 sites who rely on their software to ensure efficiency and to keep them on track.

The Role

Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer ,the Enterprise Sales Executive will be a dynamic / strategic and self-motivated sales professional. Your role will be to drive new customer acquisition and revenue through increasing the number of new key accounts - developing opportunities for pitching the programmes offered.

You will have the ability to articulate a proposition to new customers in a way that is different to competitors, put tenders together, plan your own targets and take a strategic look at how to achieve those targets. You will have experience in enterprise and complex sales - selling to a number of different decision makers in the process.

You will be excited by the fast track career progression offered here, you will want to evolve towards a high level strategic sales role supporting at Director level within 3 years.

Role Responsibilities:

* Identify prospects using marketing, social media and data tools.
* Identify decision makers, identify Business Requirements and develop compelling sales communications to displace competitors and beat the competition
* Design business development campaigns and sales plans for each customer.
* Expand client base through 360 sales cycle.
* Work alongside the marketing department to design seminars and campaigns for product improvements - providing feedback on markets and industry trends.
* Manage KPI and revenue targets.
* To create offensive and defensive strategies and tactics to win clients and displace competitors, using our managements models, methodologies and tools.
* Management of recording pipeline, forecasting and reporting using CRM system.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

1.Bachelor`s degree in Business or commerce related field.

2.MBA or MBA calibre [advantage].

3.Miller Heinman or strategic sales training or know how [advantage].

4.6-10 years selling track record of continuous progression.

5.At least 2-5 years win
