Environmental Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Environmental professional to join their manufacturing team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, they work closely with internal departments, overseeing a diverse range of projects that include Carbon, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and permitting.

As an Environmental Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of my client's projects and ensuring the highest standards of environmental management:

* Managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Overseeing environmental aspects, including Carbon reduction initiatives, Environmental Impact Assessments, and permitting processes.
* Collaborating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, regulatory bodies, and project partners
* Staying abreast of relevant environmental regulations and guidelines to ensure projects align with legal requirements.
* Providing guidance on compliance issues and proactively address regulatory challenges.
* Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
* Generating regular reports on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
* Designing and implementing Carbon reduction projects, working towards sustainable solutions.

To be considered you'll need the following:

* Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in environmental project management within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
* Familiarity with Carbon reduction initiatives, sustainability and permitting processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
