Export Sales Manager - Pet Products
Location: Surrey
The Role:
Established for over 30 years, my client is a leading manufacturer of innovative products for pets and ponds.
Selling products to over 40 countries worldwide, they now require an experience Export Sales Manager due to a long standing member of the team reaching retirement.
Inheriting an already established base of worldwide distributors, the role will be based from their offices based in Surrey, with global travel as and when required.
Your will be responsible for running the export operations of this long standing successful company.
Key duties include:
Increase sales volume and profit through effective and ongoing market and sales analysis.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
Identify and build new high potential business targets worldwide.
Build and maintain existing customer relations with distributors and multi-channel direct key accounts.
Provide monthly sales forecast by product.
Participate in key trade shows as needed.
Prepare and review key account call reports.
Monitor and report on external market factors including competitive information in order to make decisions and product/pricing recommendations.
Assist in existing/new product strategy, procurement and analysis of market research.
Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
Requirements:
Degree Educated.
Minimum 5 years strong track record in international business development, sales or account management in consumer goods.
In depth knowledge of internet based operations.
Working knowledge of French and German desirable.
Package:
Basic Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 Basic, Car Allowance, Bonus, Expenses + usual executive Benefits
