GBP 51, 472 plus bonus
My client is an award winning charitable housing association and they are currently recruiting for an experienced finance manager.
They are looking for someone with a strong emphasis on systems and a proven track record of delivering high quality financial processing services, within a strong internal control environment, preferably in a housing, support and care environment. Previous use of SUN accounts will be helpful.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate delivering systems improvements in at least one of the following areas : rent accounting, purchase ledger or sales ledger / credit control.
The individual will be responsible for a team of eight and, reporting to the Assistant Finance Director, you will ensure good communication with internal and external customers who rely on our services.
Will be an opportunity to get involved in implementing a new housing management system the company is also starting a fundamental review of our ordering and suppliers payment to support our housing development programme and customer focused services.
