Financial Adviser/ Wealth Manager - Hitchin
Salary: Base Salary between GBP 45,000 and GBP 50,000 negotiable depending on experience, PLUS Performance Bonus linked to productivity and compliance measures.

Our client is a small and agile firm with a big firms` strength. They are a growth company but without the bureaucracy. With a motivated team of approximately 20 talented individuals supporting their growth. GBP 270m FUM. Operating from a suite of modern offices in a converted barn complex in Hitchin, Hertfordshire
The Role
This opportunity has become available following the retirement of the previous advisers who will assist in the handover of clients. The role will be field based with para planning and telephone-based servicing support from the Hertfordshire main office.
Your primary objective will be to preserve significant funds under management and increase the flow of new business from the client bank.
This will require effective servicing and proactive development of the client bank. You will be required to maximise the opportunity available from each client to help achieve a new business target for the firm in addition to the servicing function.
You will be supported by small administration team and will use the back-office system Intelliflo to support business submission and hold client data.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
An experienced financial planner with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
The drive and skill levels to achieve a New Business Target
Self-motivated and organised with effective time planning skills
Experience of mortgages would be an advantage
Living within 1.5 hours drive of the SG5 Office.
