Head of Finance

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support with the management and development of complex customer contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business and help drive profit, insightful management reporting and effective planning, dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Background in FP&A / Commercial Finance
• Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex facts and recommendations to the Executive Team and Shareholders.
• Good experience of managing staff with strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent experience of using computer tools to assist with analysis.
• Experience gained within a customer service focused business.

You will be ambitious, high energy, hands-on when appropriate, very commercial and focused on helping the business achieve its goals.

The individual will have good presentation and written communication skills, with an aptitude for quickly gaining trust and building rapport to develop relationships both internally and externally. Specifically, you will need to demonstrate first-class interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels in the business and a wide range of third parties. This person will be a highly capable manager with good leadership qualities.
