Head of Finance

Reed Finance are delighted to be working alongside a market leader and specialist in their field who continue to provide and maintain customer and business growth in a challenging market.

This leading Financial services organisation in in need of a commercially focused Head of Finance to provide strong financial leadership, maintaining and improving robust and reliable financial controls

Reporting into the Group FD, responsibilities will include:

* Manage the Finance teams, providing strong leadership and direction. Lead by example and maintain strong discipline and control.

* Become a key and influential member of the group providing financial and commercial support and direction to the senior management team.

* Deliver accurate and reliable monthly management accounts and commentaries on a timely basis.

* Manage and develop the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes

* Develop strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders and partners in order to enhance the credibility and profile of the Finance function.

* Manage and facilitate the personal development of the department's staff


This is an all encompassing senior finance position which will suit a dynamic and motivated individual. Successful candidates will be fully qualified and have had vast senior fianance exposure in a leading capacity.

In addition to strong technical and commercial skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to reguarly challenge all areas of the business.
