SALARY: Up to £60K+benefits

A market leading organisation with sites across the country have an immediate opportunity for an experienced marketing manager looking to step up into a senior Head of Marketing position.

Managing a busy marketing function, you will assume control of a £multi-million budget that encompasses the full scope of marketing and advertising - lots of Digital, offline brochure and advert production, television and media campaigns, direct marketing, multi-channel distribution, partnership management and creative control. You will also have line management responsibility and overall control for delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing manager with a multi-client or multi-channel background in b2b and b2c environment. You will have the full support of a vibrant and enthusiastic directorship that are all actively involved in the business and a bright open plan office to work in that has been finished to an impeccable standard.

The successful applicant will have a clear understanding of digital marketing tools and practices and will be able to demonstrate understanding across PPC, SEO, Social Media and consumer behaviour online. You will have a good eye for commercials, understanding the value of marketing to a business and the essential KPIs to measure success.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Management experience of a marketing function, either in-house or agency
- High level of digital experience - modern MarComms, PPC, SEO, Social Media etc
- Full budgetary management experience
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable managing a large team
- Project Management experience
- Supplier/Stakeholder management skills
- Good IT Skills - MS Office
