My client is a trusted supplier of technology to the financial services industry and has a flat structure and employs many talented people who all work together in a flexible and communicative environment. They are looking for a candidate who is able to fit into this structure and communicate with both clients and the development team.

The Role:

I am looking for a Head of Professional Services Europe who will be responsible for the effective delivery of software products and projects to my client`s European clients. You will co-ordinate and manage internal professional service teams including Project Managers, and Implementation and Support using Agile Methodologies to facilitate successful delivery of multiple projects and products.

You will be working closely with the Project Management Team to ensure the delivery of products on time, within budget and quality while building and maintaining project teams so that they are motivated, communicating and working well.

You will be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders on delivery requirements, ensuring project teams are sufficiently resourced and prioritising deliverables. One of the key aspects of this role is the ability to resolve issues and blockers relating to those deliverables.

There will be regular status reporting to the Management Team, Account Manager, Service Managers and Project Managers, you will be managing the SLAs at level 1 and 2 while managing the Professional Services workstream.

You will work alongside the Development and Project Management and be chairing daily project focused stand up meetings, facilitating knowledge sharing across professional teams, while ensuring delivery teams remain goal focused.

A key focus of the role is the facilitating of full Agile processes across all delivery teams which will include the coaching and mentoring of team members, and so you will have extensive Agile practice in the software development industry.
