Salary: GBP 40,000 to GBP 50,000 /year excellent commission structure

Year 1 OTE: GBP 80,000 to GBP 100,000 /year

Head of Sales / Head of Wholesale Sales:

We are looking for someone to lead our new wholesale platform.

Based in the heart of Manchester, you will be responsible for growing our new Reseller / Wholesale / Carrier business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this newest member of the Telcom sales team will be responsible for driving revenues with new resellers. This role is a high-touch, fast paced position that will make a significant contribution to the rapid growth of our company by unlocking and maximizing the potential with our wholesale partners.

We take a quality-over-quantity approach to our sales team - talented people with excellent communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to organise their time well will fit right in. You will have plenty of opportunity to help shape Telcom as a strong and positive player in the connectivity market.

Must-haves:

The attributes we ask that anyone considering this position should have are:

* Very strong english language ability.
* Prior experience selling to C level members of businesses and enterprises
* Current knowledge of industry solutions, including VoIP, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, fixed
* wireless, 4G/5G, and cloud services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify customer business needs in order to develop new products, sales
* offerings, and technical solutions for the Reseller partners.
* Experience in prospecting for new business.
* Tenacity to get things done.

* Things that aren`t necessary but will really help your case include:
* Experience in sales forecasting
* An existing client base/contacts
* Experience in marketing
* Highly developed planning and prioritisation skills
* Market information on others product off
