A well established and growing international manufacturing company offering a niche product range is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the Installations for the business.

To fulfil this position the individual must demonstrate excellent skills in managing a despatch and delivery team along with experience at managing a team of on-site installers.

As the Installations Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to:
*Overall costing and analysis of delivery and install.
*Capacity planning - who fits each job etc.
*Legal and contractual side of projects.
*Be a 'senior solution provider' and resolve issues with clients/architects etc., on
site.
*Solutions/'go to' main person in the team
*Able to read and understand plans and can get involved in quoting for projects
*Work with your team members on fitting and installation
*Liaising with customers on schedules
*Getting quotes for fitting
*Liaising with fitting teams
*Doing site surveys
*Test building - new samples
*Working with customers on bespoke orders
*After sales visits

You will ideally have majority of the following experience:
* 2-3 years' experience of managing a Delivery and Despatch Team
* 2-3 years' experience managing an installation team - familiar in dealing with
building contractors
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Proven negotiating skills
* Export/ Freight experience to America would be preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent at multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment
* Proven customer Service skills
* Previous use of MRP/ERP software very useful
* Organised, pro-active and forward-thinking
* Good geographical awareness
* Excellent MS office skills - Proficiency in Excel (essential)
* Commercially minded
