INTERIM BP - ASSET MANAGEMENT

Excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a local authority on an interim basis for 3-6 months, potentially longer.
You will be responsible for the strategic use, management and provision of the Council's corporate property assets, and the relationship between the service departments, external partners and Operational Property Teams.
The purpose of the role is to drive the strategic management of the Council's property assets and to manage the relationship with the service area, service and corporate stakeholders, schools and external partners, ensuring the delivery of, and compliance with, the Corporate Asset Management Plan.
