The Client

Our client is a highly successful IT solution provider Head Quartered in the North East supporting businesses across the UK. With 7 offices and 100 staff they offer clients a genuine 24/7 support service through their own internal service desk, implementation team, software developers and cabling engineers.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director - Business Software and working closely with the existing development team, the Dynamics Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, delivery and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services required by the clients.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Supporting in sales, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising Dynamics

Liaising with developers and clients - act as a point of communication

Working in conjunction with the existing bespoke development team

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Dynamics

Manage and maintain relationships with clients to fully understand their requirements.

Plan, manage and sign off the deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central

Assisting clients in realising Business intelligence capabilities of Dynamics / Power BI

Supporting existing dynamics clients environments

Essential Skills

Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferable, but relevant experience will be considered

Previous experience in Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics BC.

Previous Project management experience preferred

Previous People management experience beneficial

Interpersonal skills

Report-writing skills

Presentation skills

Problem solving

Knowledge of wider Microsoft 365 suite

Knowledge of accounting principles

Knowledge of Manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process
