My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder in London is looking for a Lead Product Manager or Customer Journey Leader (American Job title) who is responsible for owning the entire end to end journey of the customer whether its through product or its through finance or even the conversations they have in sales.

The start-up specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.

Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.

Whats the role about:

This role is all about making sure with a unified `tube map` of our customers and workloads that are in different stages of assembly and the person will be responsible to report back on the entire `state of the journey` as well as working to focus on which areas we need to focus on and bringing in best in class examples of how certain journey points have been solved.

This role will be cross functional and engrained in product and design teams.

Why we need this role?

We need this role to be able to connect the dots across product, and our main teams so that we can ensure every part of the customers direct or indirect journey is mapped and we can see where there are friction points or areas where the health or happiness of customers is falling short.

This role becomes pivotal as the whole journey comes together and helps us coordinate cross functional / org on where we need to focus.

Today we just dont have anyone in charge of holistically look at this journey.
