Location: Kings Cross, London

Salary: Up to GBP 60,000 per year Bonus Excellent Benefits

Our client are a real estate agency with an aim to make the room rental process easy. They are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in London. You will be working with a unique agency with a focused approach to HMO Management and Lettings.



Duties:

* Manage a team of lettings negotiators, ensuring they are meeting targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
* Conduct viewings of rental properties and negotiate rental agreements with tenants.
* Ensure all tenancy agreements comply with relevant legislation and are legally binding.
* Ensure that all rented properties are in good condition and meet health and safety requirements.
* Manage the advertising and marketing of rental properties, including online and offline advertising, property portals, social media, and print advertising.
* Generating new business and building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
* You will handle day to day management of the Office
* Freedom to execute positive change.
* HMO management


Requirements:

* At least 2 years experience as a Lettings Manager
* Ability to self-generate letting opportunities.
* People`s person, great attitude and positive
* Organised and Self Motivated, relationship builder.
* Delivery a high level of customer support and service
