Our Client is part of a dynamic, market leading multi-product packaging Group, supporting a diverse customer base across consumer, FMCG, food and industrial sectors.
A rare opportunity has arisen within the Group for a talented and motivational Managing Director. Your challenge will be to develop the EBITDA performance of the business in line with overall Group requirements, further developing the management team and workforce, to deliver a culture which encourages development, high performance and team working.
Driving customer focused, profitable sales growth, you will also deliver strategies which encourage the further development of continuous improvement across all areas of operations and the complete supply chain, driving customer service excellence and responding to the demands of highly competitive markets.
Ideally Degree qualified, you will have an impressive Managing Director/General Management track record, with full P&L responsibility, gained in a high volume, progressive manufacturing environment, ideally packaging.
With a background which combines both commercial and operational experience, and with sound financial acumen, this role requires a determined and passionate Leader capable of demonstrating successful business growth, whilst developing and leading site teams to achieve results.
