The Role:
Due to constant international growth and a recent acquisition, this market leading manufacturer of navigation and safety electronics is now seeking a new Managing Director to head up their UK operation and take the business to the next level in their growth strategy. You will be responsible for their current UK team of circa 10 people (Sales, Admin and Operational) and will perform a diverse role of managing key clients along with the implementation of the growth strategy.

The Candidate:
We require an experienced Managing Director or Commercial Director candidate, ideally from a technical sales background (or engineering qualification) with a track record of running a small to medium sized business through a period of growth. You will live within reasonable proximity to East Anglia (or be open to relocation) and it would be beneficial if you have experience in the Marine/ Maritime space or have worked with LED or Navigation technology previously.

The Package:
