My Client, require an Operations Director to take full operational responsibility for the Implementation and delivery of software solutions for external clients.

Duties:

Deliver to the Business Plan year on year to achieve growth and the targeted profitability of the business unit.
Work closely with Sales to achieve contribution target and enable sales to the current customer base and new name customers.
Ensure Service Delivery meets annual outturn with billability in line with utilisation.
Manage the continual improvement of the Service Delivery
Increase the efficiency in relation to implementation services.
Manage the transition of a number of applications from development into service delivery and support working closely with the Development Director.

Key Skills:

Experience implementing and delivering software solutions for external clients
People and relationship management and leadership.
Commercial judgement and acumen (PandL Management)
Excellent communication skills.
Planning capabilities, both strategic and responsive.
Development life cycle experience.
Excellent customer management.
Understanding of software Development Lifecycle
