Role description
Project Manager/Business Analyst will work as part of the Client strategy solutions team within the Regulatory Change Programme. This includes contributing to the Client communication strategy to ensure Clients are informed of any up-coming regulatory changes as the result of banking reforms. The workstream is also responsible for Client outreach programmes to ensure Clients are informed of new service offerings and capturing their preferences. This role requires someone with sound derivatives background gained within an investment bank, asset management or similar background. It is important for the incumbent to perform Client data analysis and have the ability to create MI and co-ordinate data changes.
Key skills desired
*Experience with Client data analysis
*Knowledge of derivatives trade life cycle. Knowledge of pre-trade processes such as: clearing eligibility pre-trade controls (counterparty, product, regulatory)
*Experience with documenting business processes ('as-is'. 'to-be') and agreeing procedural changes as the result of new regulations across business units
*Experience with interpreting regulatory requirements and analysing business and client impact in partnership with external and internal legal counsel and compliance.
*Contributes to timely and effective project communications and actively assist in stakeholder management
Experience
*Minimum 5 Years experience as a PM/BA within a Global Corporate or Investment Bank
*Minimum of 3 years experience of Credit and Rates Derivatives
*Minimum of 1 years experience in a Regulatory Programme
*Must have experience with the analysis, design and delivery of complex business and technological change
