A unique and highly challenging opportunity has arisen within one of the most successful and well established retail groups in the UAE. They are currently looking to appoint a Program Management Office Director to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team in Dubai.
As the Director of the Program Management Office, your responsibilities will involve:
- Developing and executing program management best practices, standards and guidelines
- Establishing KPI's for financial and timeline evaluation of current programs
- Tracking the progress of the current programs, ensuring that they are well defined and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
- Overseeing the recruitment, training and management of the member s of the PMO team
- Reviewing and evaluating the PMO service delivery and driving the improvement with the PMO operations
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Substantial years of program management experience within a similar retail business
- Proven track record of using program management methodologies and tools
- Strong people management ability
- Innovative and strategic mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
