Pre-sales Consultant (HCM or HRMS or HRTM Essentia

Pre-Sales Consultant (HCM or HRMS or HRTM Essential) required by a fast-growing, pre-iPO SaaS HCM client in Berkshire.

As a pre-sales consultant, you will work with the business development team to help demonstrate the capabilities of the client's flagship product for the management of the complete Human Resources lifecycle, reporting directly to the Global Head of Solutions. You will work closely with prospects and customers to help them understand how the client delivers the necessary value and functionality.

You will have a deep understanding of functional Human Resources and a strong knowledge of the under-lying technology platform (Force.com). You will possess exceptional communication skills and be critically market-focused; currently engaged in multiple business development opportunities.

You have an enthusiastic and driven attitude, but at the same time responsible and thorough in your approach. You will remain quality focused at all times and highly articulate, working to tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy. Essential Experience:

* Strong previous experience in a product environment/product Solutions Executive role or equivalent
* Experience in a HCM/HRMS business applications environment
* Build sound prospect relationships within the HR market place
* such as Salesforce.com, Success Factors, Workday, Taleo and traditional ERP platforms for Human Capital Management (UNIT4 (Agresso Business World), Oracle HCM, SAP HR, PeopleSoft)
* Broad technology experience, including new technologies, trends and its impact on current & future projects
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including, but not limited to business writing and the delivery of presentations
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, and comfortable in presenting to senior audiences in pressurised situations
* Strong commercial awareness and sound understanding of project dynamics
* Quality focused
* Strong ability to make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of prospect demands and company commercials
* A good team player and able to work to tight deadlines, with a high degree of autonomy, while delivering results
* Articulate, enthusiastic, responsible, logical and thorough
* Highly flexible (including willingness to work away from home base when required)
* A positive "can do" attitude towards the commercial, technical and staffing challenges faced by colleagues
