The Role

This role requires a qualified teacher with hands-on teaching and management experience, with the ability drive excellence and develop others. One with strong leadership qualities to challenge, inspire and motivate. The ability to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity is key. An excellent and flexible communicator you will have the ability to develop strong relationships with the students.

Role Responsibilities:

* Development of new strategies to engage the pupils
* Deliver rich, engaging and varied curriculum
* Balance resources efficiently and effectively


Essential to this role are:

A minimum of 2 years` experience

A Well-developed working knowledge of SEND policy, provision and challenges
