When you save a CV for applying to positions, we store some information about you in your ‘profile’ area. This information is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you. It does not form part of the candidate database and cannot be accessed or searched by customers. You can remove your '' account at any time. Your CV can only be viewed by an customer if you have given your permission for this within the profile section.

We limit our employees' access to your information to those employees who need to have access to the information to service your account. The confidential nature of the information is emphasised to our employees and the high level of importance that places on maintaining this confidentiality.

Areas of the Web Site where transactions are entered into, reviewed or transmitted may be password protected. You can of course help to ensure your privacy by never sharing your password with anyone else.

2. Registration details

Contact and other details you supply as part of the registration process are stored by us and used to provide you with the information you have requested.

3. Profile and CV information

When you complete your profile and add your CV to our CV database, you have the OPTION of making it available for searching, viewing by any direct recruiter, employment consultant or other person/organisation registered with us who requests CVs matching your profile to be sent to them.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by us on your computer. Cookies enable us to identify your computer when you access the All Executive Jobs website and to provide you with a convenient means of access to our services. We also use cookies to collect aggregate statistical information about the use of our site. Cookies do not hold any information that can identify an individual.

We provide statistical information about site visitors and site users to recruiters. These statistics include the number of CVs registered on the site and the number of site visitors. We provide this information to customers, advertisers and suppliers. The information is aggregate statistical information and does not include any information that enables the identification of individual users.

7. Additions and Changes to the Privacy Policy

We will always protect your Personal Information as in point 1, above. We do though reserve the right to add to or change other terms of this Privacy Policy. If you create a profile and upload a CV to our database, it is up to you to ensure that your details are kept up to date. You should ideally update your CV at least every six to eight months, particularly if your contact details have changed.

Please note that reserves the right to remove from our database, any CV that we believe includes any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive.
