Private Client Lawyer (Wills and Probate)

Location: Bradford, (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 60,000 per annum

Our client are seeking a Private Client Lawyer to work within a Wills and Probate Department with the opportunity to head up the department. Salary dependant on experience GBP 40,000 - GBP 60,000 a generous target-based bonus scheme. Hybrid working role.

Role and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Wills and Probate, someone looking to further their career and further develop the department and progress within the firm. You will be responsible for building your own caseload and advising clients about all aspects of the law relating to Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney. You will have full use of a secretarial support team.

What we are looking for:

* A minimum of 2 years` experience upwards of private client casework.
* Committed to acquiring qualifications with Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or equivalent if you do not already have these.
* Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships and case work.
