Our client is a well-established group of pharmacies that are currently looking for a Regional Pharmacy Manager to help over see the running of their pharmacies. They are looking for someone to work with their other teams and pharmacist to ensure the smooth running of their branches, ensuring adequate cover, meeting KPI targets.
Duties:
* Establishing operational excellence in the pharmacy, working alongside Pharmacist Managers and their teams to set the standard for an exceptional pharmacy environment.
* Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care solutions for customers and patients.
* Taking responsibility for making professional and ethical decisions within the pharmacy, in adherence to legal requirements.
* Actively supporting the growth, education, and training of colleagues, enhancing the pharmacy capabilities of store teams.
* Performing regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure the safety of patients and the public.
* Striving to deliver world-class professional services, both individually and through the pharmacy team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must be a registered pharmacist with the GPHC
* Leadership qualities
* Confident with good communication skills
