Location: Devon and Yeovil

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday, would consider a mix of home and office working.
Our client are a highly regarded organisations of Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers in the Southwest region offering expert advice on a wide range of property matters in any scenario. They are seeking a Rural / Valuation Surveyor to join their team.
Duties:
* You will conduct Red book and formal valuations for rural, towns and villages.
* Conduct client meetings and property inspections/viewings.
* Take charge of new instructions, overseeing the entire process until completion.
* Foster client relationships and enhance the existing workload.
* Aid in identifying potential business opportunities and actively promote the agency.
* Provide assistance to colleagues as and when required.
* Engage in networking activities with other industry professionals.
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience after RICS qualification.
* RICS Registered Valuer status.
* Motivated to achieve personal and business targets.
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Proficient in IT with a good working knowledge.
