The company

Our client is a growing local residential developer of both modern and traditional dwellings who recognises that a house is more than just a home .They strive for excellence in design, function, and project delivery to provide a perfect home buying experience from the outset , making dreams become reality .To achieve this they are now seeking to appoint senior, high calibre individual who has the same commitment to customer satisfaction and is capable of portraying the company`s excellent standards to the market and potential customers and developing the sales potential of the business.

The Role

The sales and marketing manager will be responsible for the sales activity and the overall marketing strategy of the business .A motivated sales manager with an ability to drive sales in a professional new homes environment you will spearhead the sales efforts of the business. It will be expected for you to conduct weekly visits to site, lead and manage a team of sales consultants across various schemes, ensuring the team are motivated and focused on achieving results. You will also lead the day to day and long term strategic management of social media ,branding ,signage ,website ,events and launches, and direct selling activities for the business .You will seek innovative ways to promote and increase sales and keep one step ahead of the competition .This is a new opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic team and make a real difference

Essential Requirements

5-10 years of extensive experience in new homes sales and associated marketing

A proven target achiever

Forecasting and sales planning/budgeting

Managing sales budget and costs

Planning launches - an eye for detail and setting the standard

Ability to manage across various locations simultaneously

Drive and determination

Valid UK driving licence

Associated industry qualifications

Key Skills

House sales, multi- site marketing and branding, target driven, customer focus, an eye for detail, communication skills with customers and internal teams
