The Role
As the Sales Director you will be heading up the account management and new business teams in order to grow the business and increase revenue streams and client retention. You will working across the UK, managing the whole sales team, setting strategy, targets and man motivating, as you target the Industrial sector as well as Local Authorities and Facilities Management companies, selling a market leading portfolio of Water Treatment, Legionella Assessment & Control Services (ACoP l8).

The Candidate
The Sales Director can be based anywhere in the UK, as this is a Nationwide role, and you will have extensive experience and a successful proven track record of sales, business development, account management and sales management within Water Treatment services and solutions, including Legionella Assessment & Control Services (ACoP l8). You must be a tenacious and hard-working individual, who is self-motivated and target-driven.

Benefits
The base salary for this Sales Director will be around £60,000, negotiable depending on previous experience, with a generous commission scheme bringing OTE to £80,000. Additional benefits including a company car, pension plan, laptop and phone.
