The Company

We are working with a fast paced , market leading software business who are looking for ambitious , overachieving sales executives to join their team. This risk and compliance business can count some of the UKs biggest and well known buildings amongst its clients - running all their software from policy checks, fire risks, record keeping and day to day checks. They have large clients, some with over 1500 sites who rely on their software to ensure efficiency and to keep them on track.

This is an exciting time to join a company offering a clear succession plan for entrepreneurial sales people who want to make things happen! As well as a competitive salary and commission structure this company are offering Share options to reward their staff team.

The Role

With a start-up mentality this company is looking for an `all guns blazing` sales executive who wants to grow with their business and get to the next level of sales through hard work and hunger!

Working in an agile environment your role will be to win new accounts - through lead generation, articulate calls to key decision makers and face to face meetings , where you will pick up on queues to ultimately win new business.

You will be excited by the fast track career progression offered here, you will want to evolve towards a high level strategic sales role .

Role Responsibilities:

* Winning new business across all the different product lines .
* Deliver a compelling value proposition to target customers - mid-level to senior decision makers.
* Develop a sales plan, and win- strategy for every opportunity.
* Deliver proper reporting including pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio, to manage achievement of booking targets.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

* This role would suit someone with 2-4 years new business sales experience, who is a natural hunter, and has over achieved in hitting their targets.
* Experience of the 360 sales process - hunting new accounts , winning new business through to closing deals.
* Excellent Negotiation ability , Exceptional Rapport building.
* Ability to Pipeline and Forecast-management.
* A self-motivator able to work autonomously with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
