Crestron 4 Programmer AV Engineer

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Senior AV Engineer and Crestron4 Programmer to work for a leading company in both Commercial and H0ome Automation.

The role will see the successful candidate working both independently and as part of a busy team delivering audio visual solutions to clients throughout London and the South East.(and occassionally further afield).

You will be required to write, test and commission control system programs for audio visual solutions. Work will be both off-site and on-site. Experience of programming Control 4, Lutron and Rako is important.

Key responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of Audio Visual solutions in both public private sector and in both Commercial areas and Home Automation.
Completion of industry specific training and certification within defined timescale.
Loading compiled code to completed Audio Visual systems and testing functionality
Programming control systems and compiling to finished program.

Based ideally in North London or Herts, salary is andpound;40k-andpound;45k doe, plus vehicle or mileage allowance, pension and an excellent benefits package.

Ability to lead manage a team, providing clear, concise information guidance up and down the chain of command
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to remain flexible/adaptable to quickly changing time demands/tasks
Ability to prioritise and be proactive
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, working to strict deadlines
Rigorous attention to detail with the ability to self-scrutinise work output
Good written communication skills, spelling and grammar and a confident verbal communicator
A problem solving, lateral-thinking mindset
Competent in all Microsoft programmes particularly Excel, Teams and Planner
Ability to quickly comprehend complex technological systems/technologies
Ability to present a polite professional demeanour internally externally with a focus on promptness, politeness, personal presentation.
A minimum of 3 years experience in programming AV Control Systems including Control4, Lutron Rako.
