This Sales Manager role offers the opportunity to manage and lead all sales channels for our client. Including Estate Agency, Financial Services and PA Legal. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager.

As part of your role as Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the corporate plan objectives for all the sales areas of the business and ensuring these are achieved. To ensure increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services year on year. Your role as Sales Manager also includes coaching, training and developing branch members to improve and excel performance in order to achieve and maximise the potential of house sales, financial services and other income targets.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage and lead all sales channels.
* Help to train and coach branch members.
* Maximising potential through branch members to achieve house sales and financial services.
* Developing corporate plan objectives for all sales areas.
* Assisting with increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services.


I am very keen to speak to anyone ideally:

* Who is qualified to Technical Award level or be working towards Dip CPEA.
* Has an excellent track record in sales and lead generation
* Previous sales and line management experience is essential.
* Knowledge on all Acts relating to Housing Industry and Ombudsman Code of Practise would also be beneficial.
