The Teacher of Science will:

* Demonstrate a track record of successful teaching in Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) at Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Possess a genuine passion for teaching Science and the ability to inspire both colleagues and students.
* Drive continuous improvement in student achievement by delivering high-quality teaching and learning within the department, utilising internal and external data.
* Contribute to overall school improvement and self-evaluation efforts.
