Senior Architect / Conservation Architect - Greater London

Salary: GBP 50,000 - GBP 60,000 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience

Our client is a RIBA award-winning practice with an established reputation in the conservation, heritage, museum, and ecclesiastical sectors. They work nationally, with many projects in London and Southern England.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Architect to join their client`s growing team of talented individuals. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to progress an already established career in conservation as there are excellent career prospects for individuals with drive and ability.

Role Responsibilities:

* Drawing up detailed plans that meet specific requirements.
* Presenting plans and budgets to Project Managers, investors or other key stakeholders.
* Liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors on a daily basis.
* Keeping a construction project running on time and within budget.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

* 5 years` post-qualification experience.
* AABC or RIBA accreditation is desirable.
* Autocad skills.
* Proven track record of delivering projects to a high technical standard.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to meet project deadlines.
* Successful at working both independently and as part of a team.
