The Company:
Our client is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accredited company with Construction line accreditation
The Role:
The successful candidate will work with clients to develop a brief, exactly for their requirements.
Role responsibilities:
You will work on a range of commissions such as single surveys and party wall awards through to the largest of schemes.
Essential skills and Requirements:
* MRICS qualified
* Proficient in design including CAD
* Experience in giving advice and submitting applications
* Proficient in Fire risk, assessment design and strategic advice
* Experience in New build, Refurbishment, Party wall and stock condition surveys
* Team player
* Ability to balance priorities
* Attention to accuracy and detail.
* Clean and presentable appearance.
