This high-profile national organisation is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to work on considerable transformational change programmes within their new product arena. This is a demanding role working on innovative programmes for which you will receive an outstanding range of benefits detailed below.



The role:

* Working with exec-level stakeholders to capture, define, model and document requirements of transformational business change programmes focusing on developing the company's product offerings.
* Constantly liaise with programme stakeholders to ensure programmes being delivered meet with the overall target operating model of the business.
* Working to Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) methodology.
* Using modelling, diagrams, and other documentation methods to demonstrate programme intended outcomes as well as regular current-state snap shots of progress.
* Defining and agreeing measures of success and programme milestones and monitoring performance of programmes against these.
* Working from home with on-site requirements in City location 1-2 times per month



The Senior Business Analyst should:

* Be a Programme-level Senior Business Analyst with experience of working on significant business change programmes.
* Have worked on new product programmes in businesses going through significant transformational change.
* Be familiar with and ideally adept at working to Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) methodology.
* Have good knowledge of working to a Target Operating Model, understanding of As-Is and To-Be state.
