Reed Finance are partnering with a well-known PLC in the search for a Senior Pricing Manager. This is a highly visible opportunity with a great package and excellent working environment. You will lead commercial pricing input into new prospects and existing client growth opportunities by working with divisional sales teams and across the wider business.

Key responsibilities:

* Challenge senior stakeholders on the pricing assumptions received to ensure these are realistic taking ownership of the process
* Help create innovative solutions, produce cost and pricing models and written responses including pricing mechanism and commercial deal shaping
* Review both cash and P&L impact of the deal
* Deliver a robust commercial pricing proposal balancing delivery of value for money in the bid with the risks of the deal and the margin return
* Produce and present commercial proposals for board sign off in line governance requirements
* Confidently pitch and present commercials to prospects and new clients
* Actively participate in negotiation of new business growth opportunities and contract renewals
* Work with the sales development team on new industry / Go to Market propositions to build commercial pricing proposals
* Leading a team
* Actively manage the update of the standard pricing model to remain current and price competitive

Skills and attributes:

* Qualified Accountant
* Proven track record in a commercial pricing role demonstrating strong commercial acumen
* Excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting
* Proven record of successful negotiation in bids with prospects and clients or senior business stakeholders
* Confident challenging and influencing senior stakeholders and clients / prospects
* Keen to drive the continual learning and improvement in the team
* Financial modelling skills
