Salary: Circa GBP 65,000 negotiable depending on experience. Anticipated OTE is GBP 90k uncapped.
The Role
A well respected and fast growing Financial Services firm have a career opportunity for a Growth Manager.
This role would be ideal for an energetic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial minded high achiever with a proven track record. Some IFA experience is a requirement.
You will be responsible for servicing an existing client bank. In this capacity you will be securing the existing FUM and leveraging new opportunities (referrals, etc.) from our current clients. Success criteria in this role will be linked to FUM protection and new IAF generated.
You will also coach and train an existing team of 3-5 advisors. This includes showing them how to sell through the family generations, gain referrals into additional trusted relationships and acquire introductions into centres of influence.
You will be given high quality pre-and post-sales support. You will have the benefit of working with well-trained people using proven processes and the latest technology. The firm will support you to win big cases and ensure that those client cases are processed efficiently and effectively
