SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Month end:

* Month End: Assisting with the month-end procedure including posting P&L and Balance sheet journals
* Costs analysis - analysing costs and variances to budget / forecast during monthly review process
* Staff costs - monthly postings of wages, salaries and bonus accruals within Concessions, reconciliation of wages and salaries from payroll system to amounts paid and ensuring PAYE and NI are paid to the Inland Revenue
* Reporting: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow preparation
* Property:

1 Reviewing database to ensure all rent reviews have been captured in monthly accrual postings.
2 Reviewing quarterly rent payment schedule prepared by AP team before final review
3 Preparing turnover rent certificates and raising capital contribution invoices when needed

* Accruals: reviewing monthly fees to ensure invoices not received are accrued
* Prepayments: maintaining and reconciling prepayments schedule
* Creditors:

1 Closing creditors ledger each month and reviewing the aged creditor report with AP team
2 Cost recharges to and from Concessions and other brands in the Group

* Balance sheet reconciliation including net pay control and pensions control account
* Fixed Assets

1 Additions & Disposals, Running depreciation & BS reconciliations for P8 F&D & 3 International Entities
2 Completion of Group FA Note & TFG FA Note
3 Completion of Capex Report
4 Impairment Provisions across the P8 Group
5 Ad-hoc FA & Dep queries across the P8 Group
