Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer (Residential )
Location: Trim, Meath
Salary: Competitive base pay additional commission, travel allowance, and mobile phone
Our client is a well-established property group of Chartered Surveyors seeking a Senior Residential Sales Negotiator and Valuer to join their team. You will help to grow and develop their residential department.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct valuations and lettings, particularly for residential properties
* Provide valuable insights to clients through knowledge of the local property market
* Negotiate and sell properties
* Produce high-quality reports
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years of experience in the residential property market
* SCSI/RICS/IPAV membership
* Current PSRA license
* Red Book/Blue Book Qualified Member status
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in all MS Office programs
* Full drivers license and access to own car
