The Client:
Our client provides friendly, transparent, and jargon-free legal advice to small businesses across the UK and Ireland. They build strong and lasting relationships with their clients, which is something they are incredibly proud of.
The Role:
Our client are looking for a fully remote solicitor with 5 years` PQE, to assist with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, qualified in either England or Scotland. Admission in the Republic of Ireland would be helpful, but not essential. This solicitor role is fully remote and offers a salary range of 36-60k with benefits including company events, pension and sick pay.
Duties:
* Commercial Contracts - client agreements, supplier agreements, employment contracts, contractor agreements, website documentation
* Corporate Work - sale and purchases of companies, investment rounds, shareholders agreements
* Data protection advice
* Brand protection advice - trademarks and copyright
* Commercial Property matters (leases)
Requirements:
* The ideal solicitor will have 5 years PQE ideally within corporate and commercial matters.
* Solicitors with experience of managing teams would be preferred but not essential.
* A personable approach and ability to build strong relationships is essential
* A willingness to bring in new client opportunities and promote the company externally.
