Solutions Consultant - Contact Centre BPO - Home based with Travel

Package: GBP 65-70k, Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits

My Client a leading supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions within the Public Sector require Solutions Consultant with a background in Public Sector Customer Services, Contact Centres to assist in the development of service propositions and operating models for bids and the implementation of services post bids.

Duties:

Contributing to target Operating Model
Developing both changes and service developments relating to target Operating Model
Participating in bid dialogue sessions with potential clients, being the focal point for operations on bids and opportunities.
Providing operational input into all bid documentation, including writing bid content, working with the Finance team to build bid cost models and developing Operating Level Agreements
Operational ownership of the bid cost model until service transition commences
Owning the operational relationship with potential clients until operations management for that contract is in place.
Owner of operational input to bid gates (including Final Gateway Review) until contract operational team is in place
Focal liaison point between central commercial and financial teams on bid development up to start of service transition.
Identification of potential case studies to further support BPO bids
Provision, development and ownership of BPO boiler-plate bid documentation
Contributing to BPO due diligence and discovery phases until such time as the contract operational management team is in place.
Working alongside the BPO Partnership and Service Delivery Management teams to support
Working with the Managed Services business unit to support BPO business development opportunities and where possible ensure service improvement project outcomes support the BPS TOM and operational delivery.

Skills Required:

Experience designing Service Models ideally in relation to Public Sector Customer Services/Contact Centres
Excellent customer relationship building ability
Organised approach to handling multiple tasks
Used to working under pressure
Good presentation and negotiation experience
Knowledge and experience of local government in the UK
Experience of bid preparation and developing bid cost models
Knowledge of robotics
