Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire(GL17)
Salary: GBP 45,000 - GBP 50,000
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.50pm

Our client is looking for a Surveyor / Valuer to join their Rural professional department. This is dynamic full-time role which will focus on valuation work, along with other professional work. The position offers excellent career development in a well-regarded firm.
Job Title Duties:
To carry out RICS `Red Book` Valuations and market appraisals covering a range of properties, including country houses, cottages, land, and barns.
Scope to be involved in a variety of professional work, which could be: farm and residential tenancies; contract farming arrangements; grazing licences; environmental schemes; Basic Payment Scheme applications; planning, and wayleaves and easements. Importantly there will be the opportunity for you to develop work opportunities in areas that suit your interests and strengths.
Candidates Must Have
* MRICS Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
* Previous Experience in Rural / Land / Farm
Skills Needed:
* Confident, ambitious, and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Commercially astute, technically proficient with excellent attention to detail.
* Bright, energetic, and personable.
