At an exciting time, we are looking for a high-impact Technical Account Manager ( Presales Support) to work on high-profile end-to-end customer projects (mobile operators globally), working with sales to drive business growth with a focus on technical aspects, defining customer value propositions and defining the technical solutions description for the customer. For all new joiners, the organisation offer initial induction and outstanding training at their European HQ in Munich.

We want to speak to you if you you have a good technical account management background in mobile / payment software solution environments and :

Strong knowledge in most of the following : Smart Cards / SIM, M2M / NFC technologies, OTA and Devise Management technologies

Ability to plan and deliver presentations to different audiences including telecom operator partners
