UX Designer Internship / Head of Design

UX Designer Internship / Head of Design (f/m/x) - Zurich /Switzerland
Full-time / permanent or 6-month paid internship with the option for a permanent Position as Head of Design (including company shares) depending on the experience.
You must be Swiss-based (with a work permit)

The Company
Our client is a tech company and is looking to appoint a Head of Design as soon as possible to take a key role in generating new business and maximising revenue for the company.
You will be working alongside an established team.
Our client also offers flexible/remote working options, especially during government lockdowns.
The Role
Responsible for taking user experience to the next level while working with experienced UX and UI designers and learning. You will part of the team who design the next big release and lay the ground to grow to 100 million users.
Role Responsibilities:
* Working with experienced UX and UI designers to take the user experience to the next level (on the job learning)
* Performing user tests and collect qualitative and quantitative feedback
* Developing UI concepts and designs for the app
* Creating marketing materials such as images, videos, etc.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
The right candidate MUST have knowledge and experience in (app) design work
* Knowledge in UX design
* Ability to design amazing UI elements (e.g. in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
* Interest in state-of-the-art app design
* Analytical skills and ability to interpret usage statistics
* Creativity and hands-on mentality to put your ideas into practice
* Excitement to take company to the next level
