The Role and Essential Experience

Essential: Please apply if you have considerable experience of working in VAT advisory services in practice.

Our client is looking for an experienced VAT specialist with a passion for supporting SMEs. Working directly with the firms partners, whilst helping to lead and develop other team members, you will seize the opportunity to lead the VAT advisory and compliance services, striving to develop the long-term, trusted relationships and provide sound technical advice and support to help your clients achieve their life goals. There are interesting and varied clients across a range of sectors, and, alongside your client work, you will also take an active role in winning new work.

Ideally you will have

* Experience in VAT accounting processes, experience of the tax issues impacting these areas

* Ability to understand complex tax positions and manage compliant solutions

* Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel)
