Responsibilities

My Client - provides exceptional accommodation for up to 42 residents in a fully renovated Victorian country house on the outskirts of Hereford. Our 24 hour, comprehensive nursing support is delivered by a highly qualified team to the highest standard.
My client provides brand new, purpose built residential and care home accommodation with the highest standards of personalised nursing support available around the clock.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Manager who will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and treat all with the dignity they deserve.
We are a welcoming and friendly organisation, with excellent staff retention and career development.
You will, ideally be experienced in Nursing home management and be a registered nurse.
Worked in a similar environment and understand the importance of running a business unit.
