Salary: GBP 40k-GBP 60k dependant on experience

The Company

Our client is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager RMN. The nursing home is privately owned by NHS and Social Service`s professionals. The nursing home is 42 bedded situated in Nottingham and specialises in care for residents with Alzheimer`s, Bipolar/Manic depression, Epilepsy, Parkinson`s disease, Schizophrenia and stroke.

The Role

In order to be successful for the role the registered care home manager will need to have had previous experience of :
- Experience of managing a team
- Driven, motivated, innovative and have the ability to take ownership
- Ability to lead and strongly motivate a team to enable maximum performance at all times
- Strong understanding of the needs for elderly residents in a care setting including CQC essential standards and their impact in the care management practice and safeguarding vulnerable adults

Key Requirements
- RMN qualification
- Have a valid PIN
- Previous management experience
- Registered Home Manager
